Job summary

EverTrue, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive customer product implementations and internal initiatives. You will partner with Customer Operations leadership to deliver on-time programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and track progress from kickoff to closure.

You will maintain robust project plans, manage risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. This remote-friendly role offers strong compensation and growth toward client-facing PM responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing technical, cross-functional projects in enterprise software environments.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer product implementations and internal projects with leadership sponsorship.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules and timelines from kickoff to close.
• Monitor progress, flag risks or blockers, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Maintain clear project documentation and deliver regular status reports.
• Identify process improvements and ensure adherence to PM templates.
