Job summary

Aumentum Technologies is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead internal and external client projects of varying size and complexity with a matrixed team. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality customer satisfaction from pre-sales through implementation and transition to support.

You will manage plans, risks, and communications, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to PMO standards while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology, plus 3+ years software implementation experience.
• 3+ years PM experience with external clients in a strategic thinker role.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and track a complex software rollout, preferably within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel nationwide up to 50% for key project activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, stakeholders, communications, resources, financials, change management and deliverables.
• Collaborate with client project managers and stakeholders to manage expectations and project scope.
• Prepare and manage project plans including data conversion, software releases, environment prep and deployment.
• Develop, monitor, and report project status and health metrics for stakeholders.
• Act as communications hub for the project and provide timely executive-level updates.
• Contribute to PMO standards, tools, and process improvements.
• Draft proposals, SoWs, project execution plans and other artifacts.
• Identify and mitigate risks and escalations; conduct post-implementation reviews.
