Job summary

EverTrue, a leading advancement intelligence platform, seeks an internal-facing Project Manager to guide customer implementations and internal initiatives. You will partner with Customer Operations and executive sponsors to design, track, and optimize project plans, timelines, and risk management.

You’ll coordinate with Engineering, Product, Customer Success and Enablement teams, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and progress reporting while maintaining a remote-first, collaborative

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing technical, cross-functional projects in enterprise software.
• Proven ability to balance priorities and align stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and cross-functional product teams.
• PMP or equivalent certification, or working toward one.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer product implementations and internal projects with Customer Operations leadership.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules and timelines from kickoff to close.
• Flag risks or blockers early and communicate with stakeholders.
• Own day-to-day project communications and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to keep projects on track and on schedule.
• Maintain thorough project documentation of scope, decisions and changes.
• Deliver regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Keep project-tracking tools up to date for visibility.
• Serve as main point of contact for projects and manage expectations with clients and teams.
