Job summary

Loftware is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead multiple customer-facing projects from initiation to go-live. You will apply PMP methodologies to manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating internal resources and client expectations.

You will drive detailed project plans, provide remote and on-site leadership to project teams, and ensure on-time delivery with quality outcomes. Fluent English and strong communication are essential in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 15 years of program management experience including tracking and planning projects.
• 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Experience in PM methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK, etc.).
• Experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Full project life cycle ownership from initiation to go-live for multiple initiatives.
• Moderate understanding of systems architectural solutions to be implemented.
• Prepare detailed project plans for multi-phase projects (Planning, Specification, Installation, Configuration, UAT, Training, Go-Live).
• Ensure projects proceed according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Provide remote and on-site leadership for project teams to meet milestones.
• Manage change orders to minimize scope creep and define success criteria.
