Job summary

Slang is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Project Manager to own the execution and customer experience of our most complex implementations, pilots, and multi-location rollouts.

You will lead cross-functional programs with customer executives, operators, and location teams, coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technical, and Support to keep milestones, risks, and decisions clearly managed from pilot through deployment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading complex enterprise implementations or multi-workstream projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Customer-facing, service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lead without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own structured implementation plans with milestones, owners, and success criteria.
• Manage pilots and multi-location rollouts from pilot to deployment.
• Proactively surface risks and dependencies.
• Lead executive and customer communications.
• Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technical, and Support.
• Build scalable, repeatable processes for enterprise deployments.
