Job summary

Aumentum Technologies is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead internal and external client projects of varying size and complexity. You will coordinate matrixed teams to ensure deliverables, timelines, and budgets meet quality standards and client satisfaction from pre-sales through implementation and transition to support.

Responsibilities include planning, stakeholder management, and producing project artifacts, while driving best practices and continuous improvement in project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology required; three+ years software implementation and services experience.
• Three+ years PM experience with external clients; strategic thinker able to solve complex issues.
• Experience planning, executing and tracking complex software rollout in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; able to manage diverse client projects.
• Willingness to travel nationwide up to 50% during key project activities; ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, stakeholder relationships, communications, resources, financials, change management, risks and deliverables.
• Collaborate with client project managers and stakeholders to set expectations and ensure project scope is met.
• Create and manage project plans covering data conversion, customization, releases, environment prep and production rollout including training and testing.
• Develop, monitor, and report project status and health metrics for stakeholders.
• Serve as project communications hub and provide timely executive-level updates.
