Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional technology programs for new account opening and funding experiences. You will coordinate with engineering, architecture, product, and operations to deliver aligned outcomes across multiple platforms.

The role emphasizes strong technical grounding, SDLC knowledge, and ability to navigate complex systems. Remote within the US, with Omaha, NE option for in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technology programs supporting account opening and funding processes.
• Drive delivery planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communications across multiple teams.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, product, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes.
• Facilitate technical discussions and remove roadblocks while maintaining alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate work across multiple development teams and technology platforms.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise updates for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure projects follow established governance, PMO, and delivery best practices.
• Build strong relationships and foster collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.
