Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage requests, clarify scope, and surface missing information to keep projects on track. You will work under the project manager within the PM team and coordinate with requesters, task owners, and department contacts.

This fully remote, desk-based position is based in Indiana and requires a 40-hour weekly commitment with varying days. You’ll use Jira and Outlook to organize schedules, milestones, and status updates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in project coordination or related admin work.
• Understanding of project stages, milestones, and dependencies.
• Ability to organize meeting arrangements and maintain calendars.

Responsibilities

• Receive project requests, confirm outcomes and dates, identify information gaps.
• Clarify scope and priorities with the project manager and record details.
• Maintain task descriptions, owners, dependencies, milestones, and dates in Jira.
• Prepare schedules for manager review and share the plan with involved departments.
• Arrange discussions using scheduling tools and circulate agendas.
• Document decisions, actions, and due dates after meetings and distribute updates.
• Follow up on deadlines and update plans with progress.
• Flag risks or scope changes to the project manager with context.
