Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance or comparable project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and related compliance.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders and invoices.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint for records and communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication for multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop or similar systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites while providing backup support for other solar and storage assets as team needs arise.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, save supporting documentation, and update Salesforce cases based on work completed.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and coordinate the resolution of invoice, payment, and documentation issues.
