ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation of distributed solar & storage assets, focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and site interventions with managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.

You will use Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and spreadsheets to maintain records, monitor work status, and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance across wage-related documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment with compliant documentation and reporting.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, POs, invoices, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Experience using Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint to maintain records and communicate status.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with managers, vendors, and legal/tax stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar CRM/Procurement systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolution.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce with completed work.
• Create and track purchase orders in Coupa and resolve invoice or documentation issues.
