Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Project Coord Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, focusing initially on battery storage sites.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors, using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and shared spreadsheets to maintain service records and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• This position requires a minimum bachelor’s degree and 3 years of project coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or field-service activities.
• Familiarity with prevailing-wage environments and compliance documentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, PO processes, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and support other assets as needed.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, attach documentation, and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts, and coordinate invoice resolution.
