Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage site coordination. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and work with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.

Using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets, you will maintain service records and resolve payment discrepancies while ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
• Experience working in a prevailing-wage environment with compliance documentation and reporting.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, service documentation, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint to maintain records and communicate status updates.
• Ability to work independently, apply sound judgment, prioritize tasks, and complete detailed work accurately and on time.
• Effective written and verbal communication with project managers, regional managers, contractors, vendors, customers, and legal/tax stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, save supporting docs, and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice and documentation issues.
