Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, initially focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, and vendors using Salesforce, Coupa, and Scoop to keep records and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum bachelor’s degree.
• You must have at least 3 years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or related project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation is required.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint for records, status updates, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with project managers, stakeholders, and legal/tax teams.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or comparable systems is preferred.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup for other assets as needed.
• Review field service reports, update Salesforce cases, and manage documentation trails.
• Create and track purchase orders in Coupa; monitor parts, vendor activity, and payment documentation.
