Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets, focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate maintenance, troubleshoot, and collaborate with managers, technicians, vendors, and customers using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and shared spreadsheets.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years coordinating complex projects, with strong Excel/SharePoint skills

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment with compliance documentation and reporting is required.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for records and status updates.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and accurate, timely completion of tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with project managers, managers, contractors, and legal/tax stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems for reporting and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, save documents, and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts, and coordinate resolution of invoice and documentation issues.
