Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets, focusing on battery storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment with compliance documentation is preferred.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, POsa, invoices, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for records and communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with project managers, service managers, contractors, vendors, customers, and legal/tax stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems for CRM, procurement, and field-service reporting.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution.”],
