Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets, starting with battery sites. You will coordinate maintenance, field-service, and procurement activities using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.

Remote eligible in the United States with up to 10% domestic travel. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years coordinating projects, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint for records and status updates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets as needed.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, save docs, and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice/documentation issues.
