Job summary

ENGIE North America seeks a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support operations of distributed solar and storage assets, focusing on battery energy storage site interventions. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, field service, and invoicing while liaising with regional managers, technicians, customers, and vendors.

You will use Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and spreadsheets to manage records, purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment with compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for record-keeping and status updates.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver accurate, timely work.
• Strong written and verbal communication with project managers, service managers, contractors, vendors, customers, and legal/tax stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar CRM/procurement/field-service systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and support other assets as needed.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track parts and vendor activity, resolving invoice or payment issues.
