Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets across the U.S., with an initial focus on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and other site interventions by collaborating with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.

Using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets, you will maintain service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of three years experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or related project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment with compliant documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for records and status updates.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and complete detailed work accurately and on time.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar CRM/procurement systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce accordingly.
• Create and track purchase orders in Coupa and resolve invoice or documentation issues.
