Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with a focus on battery storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, vendor interactions, and service records using Salesforce, Coupa, and Scoop.

The role requires a minimum bachelor's degree and 3+ years coordinating complex projects, with travel up to 10% and remote eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree is required.
• At least three years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or related project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and record-keeping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop in reporting and procurement contexts.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and support other assets as needed.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, attach documentation, and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice and documentation issues.
