Job summary

TechLink Services is seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support field operations, scheduling, and tracking of installation projects. You will help keep technicians, clients, and project managers aligned from work order to completion.

Responsibilities include updating work orders, coordinating dates, and maintaining documentation. This role offers hybrid/remote options and opportunities to grow into project management and operations positions.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of administrative, scheduling, or customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adapt to new software.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and track work orders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate scheduling between technicians, clients, and site contacts.
• Monitor timelines and flag delays or conflicts to the PM.
• Serve as first contact for site confirmations and rescheduling requests.
• Maintain organized records of project docs and photos.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
