Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, focusing on battery energy storage sites.

You will coordinate maintenance, troubleshoot, and liaise with managers, technicians, contractors, and vendors using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site spreadsheets. You will help maintain service records, create POs, monitor work status, review reports, and ensure compliance with wage and tax requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or field-service activities.
• Experience in prevailing-wage environments with compliant documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, POs, invoices, and documentation.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for records and status updates.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity.
• Resolve invoice, payment, and documentation issues with stakeholders.
