Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Project Coord Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, focusing on battery energy storage sites.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and site interventions with regional teams, using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets to maintain records and resolve invoicing issues You will also assist with federal prevailing-wage compliance by validating contractor information

Qualifications

• You must have a minimum bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent tasks.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for records and status communication.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and deliver accurate results on time.
• Strong written and verbal communication with project managers, managers, and stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop or similar systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other asset work.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases with completed work.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity, ensuring timely resolution of invoicing and documentation issues.
