Job summary

ENGIE North America invites applications for a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and site interventions by working with regional managers, technicians, customers, and vendors.

You will use Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets to keep service records, create and close purchase orders, monitor status, and resolve invoice discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum three years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or related project activities.
• Experience with prevailing-wage compliance documentation and reporting is a plus.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and multiple concurrent workstreams using CRM and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and support other assets as needed.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity and payment documentation.
