ENGIE North America is hiring a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operations and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, focusing on battery storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and spreadsheets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment with compliance documentation and reporting.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for records, tracking, and communications.
• Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, prioritize tasks, and deliver accurate work on time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with project managers, contractors, vendors, customers, and legal/tax stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar CRM/procurement/field-service reporting systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolution with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports, save documentation, and update Salesforce cases based on work completed.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice and documentation issues.
