ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and site interventions by collaborating with service managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or field-service activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and related compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, and purchase orders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites, providing backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, update Salesforce cases, and document work completed.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice issues.
• Investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution.
