Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets, focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, customers, and vendors.

You will use Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking sheets to maintain service records, create/close purchase orders, monitor work status, and resolve invoice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint to maintain records and communicate status.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and complete detailed work accurately and on time.
• Strong written and verbal communication with project managers, regional managers, contractors, vendors, customers, and legal/tax stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track parts, vendor activity, and invoice issues.
