Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, focusing initially on battery energy storage sites.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, and vendors. Using Salesforce, Coupa, and Scoop, you will manage service records, create POs, monitor work status, and ensure audit-ready documentation while assisting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years of coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation.
Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and documentation.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint to maintain accurate records and communicate status.

Responsibilities

Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup for other assets as needed.
Review field-service reports in Scoop, save supporting docs, and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice and documentation issues.
