Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and SharePoint.

You will ensure audit-ready compliance, manage purchase orders, monitor work status, review intervention

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• Minimum three years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint to maintain accurate records and communicate status updates.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and deliver accurate work on time.
• Strong written and verbal communication with project managers, service managers, contractors, vendors, customers, and legal/tax stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar CRM/procurement/field-service reporting systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track parts and vendor activity, resolving invoice and documentation issues.
