ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, focusing initially on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and other site interventions with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.

Using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets, you will maintain service records, create and close purchase

Qualificações

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar projects.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and documentation.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint to maintain records and communicate status.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets as needed.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, save supporting documentation, and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and coordinate resolution of invoice and documentation issues.
