Job summary

ENGIE North America seeks a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, starting with battery storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, and vendors, using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site spreadsheets.

You will also validate contractor information for federal wage compliance, maintain audit-ready documentation, and resolve invoice discrepancies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar project activities.
Experience in prevailing-wage environments with compliant documentation.
Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for records and communication.
Ability to work independently with good judgment and time management.
Effective written and verbal communication with project teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
Ability to investigate documentation or wage discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup for other assets.
Review field-service reports in Scoop, attach documentation, and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
Create purchase orders in Coupa and track parts, vendor activity, and invoice/ documenting issues.
