Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, starting with battery energy storage sites.

You will coordinate maintenance, troubleshoot, and manage records using Salesforce, Coupa, and Scoop while collaborating with managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors. The role requires at least a bachelor's degree and 3+ years coordinating complex projects, with remote eligibility and

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree
• 3+ years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar activities
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, POs, invoices, and documentation
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and complete detailed work accurately
• Effective written and verbal communication with project managers, regional managers, contractors, vendors, customers, and legal/tax stakeholders
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolution

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup for other solar/storage assets
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, save documentation, and update Salesforce cases accordingly
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice/documentation issues
