Job summary
ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets, focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate maintenance, troubleshoot, and manage records using Salesforce, Coupa, and Scoop, while ensuring compliance and timely invoicing.
The role requires a minimum bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in project coordination, with remote eligibility and up to 10% travel.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or related projects.
- Experience in prevailing-wage environments and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint to maintain records and communicate status.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
- Review field-service reports and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
- Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity and documentation issues.
