Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of Distributed Solar & Storage assets, focusing on battery storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and manage documentation with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and spreadsheets.

Remote-eligible role with domestic travel up to 10%. Requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of coordinating complex projects with contractors, vendors, and legal or tax stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for records and updates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice and documentation issues.
