Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coord Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, starting with battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors using Salesforce, Coupa and Scoop.

You must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least three years of related coordination experience, plus

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree.
≥3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance or similar project activities.
Experience in a prevailing-wage environment with compliant documentation.
Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, purchase orders, invoices and documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop or similar systems.
Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate service activities across battery storage sites and support other assets as needed.
Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
Create purchase orders in Coupa and track parts, vendor activity, and invoices.
