Job summary
ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets, initially focusing on battery storage sites. Coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions with managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.
Use Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop and spreadsheets to maintain records and resolve discrepancies. Travel up to 10% domestically; remote eligibility noted.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or field-service activities.
- Prevailing-wage environment experience and compliance documentation.
- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, purchase orders, invoices.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to work independently.
- Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop or similar systems.
- Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate service activities across battery storage site portfolio.
- Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases.
- Create purchase orders in Coupa; track vendor activity and resolve invoicing issues.
