Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coord Analyst II (remote eligible) to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and manage site interventions with regional managers, technicians, customers, and vendors using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and spreadsheets.

You will also help with prevailing-wage compliance, audit-ready documentation, and cross-functional coordination with ENGIE legal and tax teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or field-service activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and related compliance.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, POs, invoices, and docs.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for records and status updates.
• Strong written and verbal communication with project stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
• Review field-service reports, update Salesforce cases, and save documents.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track parts and vendor activity.
