Job summary

ENGIE North America seeks a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, focusing on battery storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, customers, and vendors.

Using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets, you will maintain service records, create POs, monitor work status, review reports, and resolve invoice

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or related projects.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment with compliance documentation is preferred.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint for records and updates.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
• Review field-service reports and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity and invoices.
