Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, support with Salesforce, Coupa, and Scoop, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

You will work with regional managers, technicians, and vendors, handling purchase orders, service records, and audit-ready documentation, while ensuring timely issue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or field-service activities.
• Experience with prevailing-wage environments and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity and invoices.
