You will collaborate with project managers, streamline invoicing, and ensure compliance with billing policies while supporting audits and cash flow improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or commensurate relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience preferred; accounting/finance experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Previous experience in the engineering/construction or services industry is required.
• Proven track record and knowledge of working with accounting systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage project billing process and respond to client inquiries.
• Verify employee chargeable time and set up new projects.
• Prepare and issue drafts and final invoices to clients.
• Review vendor and subcontractor invoices and assist audits.
