Bowman is seeking a Project Accountant to join our team remotely, preferably in the Central or Eastern time zones. You will assist with project cost accounting, reporting, and liaison with multiple accounting functions to ensure timely, accurate financial information.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of corporate project accounting experience, solid GAAP knowledge, and familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar ERP systems. Prior work in architecture, engineering, or construction is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent relevant experience.
• CMA or CPA preferred but not required.
• 7+ years of corporate project accounting experience preferred.
• Prior project accounting in architecture, engineering, and/or construction preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP.
• Knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint preferred; ERP experience required.
• Must have AP full cycle exposure.
• Mergers and acquisitions experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with project cost accounting and reporting.
• Serve as liaison between operations and corporate accounting functions (accounts payable, payroll, etc).
• Aid in review and analysis of key performance metrics to support operations management.
