Job summary

American Red Cross seeks a professional, detail-oriented Program Manager to support volunteer engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments. This fully remote role can be located anywhere in the USA, focusing on building relationships, coordinating recruitment, and optimizing volunteer processes.

You will provide guidance on policies, develop reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance mission objectives with minimal in-person travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to develop training modules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with program managers, stakeholders, and Volunteer Services teams.
• Consult with departments to identify workforce needs and determine volunteer engagement strategies.
• Support departments in implementing recruitment plans and navigating volunteer processes.
• Coordinate communications, meetings, and stakeholder updates.
• Develop reports, dashboards and leadership updates to support decision-making.
• Monitor workforce trends and recruitment activity across departments.
