Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a professional Program Manager to support volunteer engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate departments. This fully remote role can be located anywhere in the USA and focuses on relationship management, recruitment, onboarding, and data-driven workforce strategies.

You will build dashboards, reports, and training materials, collaborate with program managers and stakeholders, and ensure successful utilization of volunteers to meet mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to develop reports and dashboards.
