Job summary

American Red Cross in the United States is seeking a professional Program Manager to join the Department Relationship Success team, supporting volunteer engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments. This fully remote role can be located anywhere in the USA.

You will build relationships, coordinate recruitment plans, develop reports and dashboards, and monitor volunteer workforce data to drive mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create presentations and training modules.
• Strong oral and written communication, including training and presentations.
• Experience developing project plans, budgets, and strategies to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with program managers and stakeholders.
• Consult with departments to identify workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate recruitment plans, onboarding, and volunteer engagement activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and leadership updates; monitor metrics and progress.
