Job summary

American Red Cross in the United States is seeking a professional Program Manager to join the Department Relationship Success team. This fully remote role supports volunteer engagement across SAF, ISD and Corporate departments, serving as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio and guiding recruitment strategies.

You will provide consultation, coordinate onboarding, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure effective use of volunteers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Strong presentation and training module development skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze data and develop program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for SAF/ISD and Corporate departments.
• Build relationships with program managers, stakeholders, and volunteers.
• Identify workforce needs and recruitment strategies for volunteers.
• Support onboarding, engagement activities, and volunteer systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Monitor workforce trends and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate to improve volunteer utilization across departments.
