Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Program Manager to join the Department Relationship Success team. This fully remote role supports volunteer engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments in the USA, serving as the primary relationship manager for assigned departments.

You will provide consultation, coordination, and operational support, help identify workforce needs, develop recruitment approaches, navigate volunteer systems, and deliver reports and dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Strong presentation and training development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to engage volunteers effectively.
• Develop recruitment strategies and navigate volunteer systems and processes.
• Support onboarding, engagement activities, and provide operational guidance.
• Create reports, dashboards, and leadership updates for decision‑makers.
• Monitor workforce trends and recruitment activity across departments.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve volunteer utilization.
