American Red Cross is seeking a Program Manager to support volunteer workforce engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments. This fully remote role serves as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio, partnering with program managers and stakeholders to engage volunteers in mission objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience, with strong communication, training, and data analysis skills. Travel is minimal.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned departments.

• Coordinate communications, meetings, and updates.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Monitor workforce trends and engagement metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve volunteer utilization.
