Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Program Manager to support volunteer workforce engagement across SAF, ISD, and Corporate Departments. This fully remote role can be located anywhere in the USA.

You will serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio, partnering with program managers and stakeholders to ensure effective volunteer involvement in line with mission objectives. The team emphasizes strong relationships, responsiveness, and consistent execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to create presentations and training modules; strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Develop recruitment approaches and volunteer engagement strategies.
• Coordinate communications, meetings, and stakeholder updates.
• Pull, analyze, and interpret volunteer workforce data to support decisions.
• Create dashboards, briefings, and leadership updates.
