Finalsite, a leading EdTech partner for K-12 schools, is looking for a Program Manager of Operations. This individual contributor role will align people, processes, and systems across departments to deliver initiatives on time and with high quality, in a scalable way.

The role is 100% remote in the US and requires 5+ years in program management, strong analytical skills, and experience with OKRs and RACI. You will drive KPIs, governance, and vendor management to support growth and operational

Qualifications

5+ years in a program manager role in B2B SaaS or tech.
Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to build scalable processes and maintain attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Experience with business operations frameworks such as OKRs or RACI.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage cross-functional programs focused on operational alignment.
Map current-state processes and design future-state models.
Identify gaps, redundancies, and scalable solutions.
Define goals, metrics, and timelines with stakeholders.
Maintain documentation, reporting, and communication for active initiatives.
Develop governance structures and RACI models for key activities.
Translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
Track KPIs for initiative and operational performance.
Support vendor management strategy, including RFPs and negotiations.
Ensure vendor reviews by Security and Legal with proper PO setup.
