Job summary

Accelerate Learning seeks a Project Manager, Curriculum Operations, to drive complex curriculum projects from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications across teams including Curriculum Development, Product, and Tech in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in project management within K–12 or EdTech, excellent communication, and a proactive, collaborative approach to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of project management, program management, operations, or related experience.
• Experience within K–12 curriculum, educational publishing, instructional materials, or EdTech strongly preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving curriculum development, print design, print production, technology, product, or publishing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple curriculum-related projects from initiation through completion with aligned timelines and budgets.
• Monitor risks and dependencies, drive accountability, and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Curriculum Development, Product, Print Production, Technology, and other stakeholders.
