Job summary

Edmentum seeks a Sr. Program Manager for Product Operations & R&D Governance. You will drive end-to-end roadmap delivery, governance, and SOP development to ensure on-time milestones and transparent reporting.

You will partner with SVPs, Product Owners, and Tech PMs to align strategy, build PM capabilities, and lead cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment. Strong communication and budget management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, education, or a related field.
• 8+ years of SaaS experience, ideally in edtech or publishing.
• 6+ years of program/project management experience.
• PMP or PgMP certification and agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Fluent in Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Master of process mapping tools.
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record managing complex programs and budgets.
• Thrives in cross-functional, virtual team environments.
• Exceptional communicator and presenter.
• Inclusive and collaborative in approach.

• You have 6+ years of program/project management experience
• You are certified in PMP or PgMP and skilled in agile and waterfall methodologies
• You are fluent in Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
• You are a master of process mapping tools
• You are a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills
• You have a proven track record managing complex programs and budgets
• You thrive in cross-functional, virtual team environments
• You are an exceptional communicator and presenter

Pay range for this role:

$120,000 - $140,000 USD
